Patrick Schiele

Senior Advisor for Innovation and Business Strategy

Patrick is a global business executive having served clients, in the energy space, in over 40 countries.  A graduate of the GE field engineer program, he started reducing outage duration at nuclear plants saving $1musd / day.  He has led commercial teams, serving gas turbine clients, with technology innovation leading to life extension and efficiency savings.  One of the first GE six sigma black belts and master black belts, he worked with teams to model gas turbine repair and build out global repair capability, moving the business from transactional to performance-based contracts.

He also served the oil/gas space for 12 years, leading progressively larger business units, integrating 10 acquisitions (~$1busd), and building global leadership teams.  A passionate leader and coach, he was asked to move to Aberdeen, Scotland to support the subsea business with such efforts.  Upon returning to the USA, he ran successive business units in motors and switchgear, doubling returns with sales force effectiveness and operational excellence programs.  

He recently established his own consulting business, serving clients as a strategic advisor for energy software /

AI solutions, training / development programs building expertise and project development, and investment in energy / infrastructure.
